General Information

Welcome to Physics and Computation on Protein Structure, the fourth biennial Triangle Biophysics Symposium, which will be held in the Hill Alumni Center on the campus of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, on Friday-Saturday, November 15-16, 2002.

Events
TBS 2002 will open with a mixer on Thursday evening from 5:30 to 7:30. Friday and Saturday's programs include a morning session, lunch and poster presentations, and an afternoon session. The Friday afternoon session will be immediately followed by a mixer. Program details.

Event Locations
All events will take place on the campus of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, which is served by the Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU).
Symposium hotel is the Carolina lnn (between Pittsboro St. and South Columbia St.)
Thursday PM mixer in lobby of Sitterson Hall (South Coumbia St.)
Friday-Saturday sessions in Hill Alumni Center (Stadium Dr.)

Parking
Participants may use:
The visitor parking deck on Manning Drive, which is a pay lot
Chapel Hill Park-and-Ride lots which offer free downtown parking and free city transit bus service to UNC
Duke-UNC bus
Those staying at the Carolina Inn should park there and walk (5 minute walk)
On Saturday, campus lots are not restricted, so park anywhere
