It is interesting to compare real protein-protein interfaces with false dockings. While we have not yet performed quantitative comparative analyses with real protein interfaces, we provide here a set of decoy interfaces using false dockings generated by the Baker group at the University of Washington (http://depts.washington.edu/bakerpg/).
